@Cipis Any new informations from other dealers?
A temporary hold on orders for Mustangs is nothing new.
Your problem is that you don't recognize such vehicles.
The best example is BMW X5, you see them here in Germany on every corner, you see them in the US on every corner and it is made in...
On most (but not all) connectors, pin 1 ist numbered (very tiny) on the housing.
If you take a picture of your connector, it can be figured out.
Same for the BCM btw.
With this info (both pins there for each door) next step would be to measure electrical continuity between both, to confirm.
I would expect they can at least offer a full service for everything, incl. TÜV.
Or maybe there is a way in between.
Because you need also some paperwork for the whole process, that can not be provided by Ford. (i am not totally into this, but know something...)
Means, you are not from Germany...
If you can get your hands on the wiring diagram, you know what you need to look for (pin numbers, wire colours etc.)
I think there is a possibility that some wires are already there.
You need to measure from the plug for the mirror in the door to the plug on the BCM, to be sure.
Folding is not much extra efford.
From the S550 (S650 should be the same).
The relay is located next to the BCM.
You would first have to find out how many free connector cavities there are in the door plugs, on both sides.
Not much bigger and they're actually all kind of the same, no matter what's inside.
I prefer the larger mirror, makes it easier to watch traffic behind me on the Autobahn. Probably not necessary in the US because most people drive at a similar speed on the highway.
They are only bigger because...
You need that part number:
Do you already know, how to code things?
Just wiring is not enough!
You should also get the light switch with the button for the rear fog light.
PS: I'm not sure, if piecing this together in different threads is a smart way... 😜
Get the wiring diagram for your model year (for USDM and Export, not only for you VIN!), and wire it to the BCM.
Ground is there, you only need one wire to each mirror.
Maybe in the same step you can wire the amber blinkers for the rear lights and the rear fog light.
But I'm not sure, if...
As far as I know, the Borla Touring is the only available with ECE for active exhaust.
See here for S550 2018-2023: https://www.borla.com/products/ford-mustang-gt-cat-back-exhaust-system-1014045
At the moment they don't offer Touring for 2024+ GT.
But I expect the exhaust to be almost the same...
I can only speak for the S550, there the ECE cat back is a plug&play solution which uses the oem modes and the oem actuators.
As of June 2024, Borla had not yet completed the ECE exhaust for the S650.

I'm thinking more of the Borla Touring.
With the S-Type, I'm not sure whether it even has ECE for the S550 facelift.
The problem with the H-pipe is that you quickly get a drone in certain rpm ranges, which is in the nature of things.
In a complete system, everything is tuned in, so that there...
Do a longer road trip with it, you will not want a muffler delete.
Maybe at some point on the motorway you might even switch to quiet mode.
At least the S550 Bullitt is perfect as it comes from factory.
And everyone you get in touch with it, appreciates it.
Not sure if it will be the same, if it...
Average speed says it all, has become less in recent years, more like 125 km/h (78 mph) due to increasing traffic density, more trucks, etc.
However, it includes the densely populated Ruhr area with its permanent traffic jams as well as the empty routes with less traffic in the east of the...
That gap in the fender liner already exists with the S550, but was apparently widened for the S650 because it was never considered a problem for the S550...
Did someone already remove the speed governors entirely? (e.g. for dyno?)
There is just a harbour for car shipping, no car plants in Bremerhaven, just a huge parking lot with new cars.
