It’s the same confusion over here (in Germany) with dealers left in the dark (and it’s not just the Mustang). One of the bigger dealers told me today to get a convertible in Benelux if I really wanted one now. (He rang one colleague in Belgium and one in Luxemburg, both had not gotten any...

I couldn‘t find that information on Ford.de over here (yet). And their online configurator (still) offered the GT as well as the Mach 1. I have virtually assembled a GT convertible (EUR 65.000) and have just send that configuration to a local dealer. So far no message I couldn‘t get it.
