All I know is the 'Mach E' is the polar opposite of a 'true' Mustang in every way, especially a manual one, so basically any imaginable configuration would fit between those 2 now :).
I'd almost bet my house (which is paid for. Ha ha) Ford won't put a 6.8L V8 in a Mustang, but we'll find out soon enough. Ford slapping the Mustang moniker on an SUV, should have been a hint of the future of the Mustang :). So going from a 5.0 to 6.8 seems ludicrous to me at this day and age...
