  1. Rumor: S650 Mustang 4-Door Sedan Will Debut in 2022 with 3 Engine Options

All I know is the 'Mach E' is the polar opposite of a 'true' Mustang in every way, especially a manual one, so basically any imaginable configuration would fit between those 2 now :).
  2. S650 Mustang launches in 2022 as 2023MY reveals Ford Linkedin post

I'd almost bet my house (which is paid for. Ha ha) Ford won't put a 6.8L V8 in a Mustang, but we'll find out soon enough. Ford slapping the Mustang moniker on an SUV, should have been a hint of the future of the Mustang :). So going from a 5.0 to 6.8 seems ludicrous to me at this day and age...
  3. Report: Next gen S650 Mustang will have full 8 year life cycle

Bullitts, fully-loaded GTs, and now the new Mach1s will be well into the $50Ks, with the same crappy interior. But hey, at least we're not paying double that for a GT500 with the same crappy interior. Ha ha. It's the same thing with the Corvette. Every time they say the next iteration will be...
  4. Report: Next gen S650 Mustang will have full 8 year life cycle

That's only part of the reason I said that. Everybody is dumping cars in favor of SUVs and trucks (including Ford). I don't foresee IC engines being obsolete in 9 or 10 years (the S650 is still about 2 years away), but I just don't see the demand for a coupe anymore. Hope I'm wrong, but doubt...
  5. Report: Next gen S650 Mustang will have full 8 year life cycle

Well, I honestly doubt an internal-combustion Mustang S650 will be alive for 8 years, but we'll see :D.
  6. Rumor [Autocar]: 2023 Mustang will be AWD Hybrid V8 (in Europe Only)

Another extremely unlikely speculation. It'd price the Mustang out of the market, except if it was a Shelby... but doubt many such owners would buy one anyway. I, for one, would NOT buy that car, so at least one (58-yr) old fart is out of the potential customer pool too. Ha ha. I might buy a...
