This. Don’t trust summer tires in temps below 40. First thing I did was swap my tires on my new DH for Michelin A/S 4’s. No downside for me since I won’t be tracking my car. Michelin All Seasons are great tires.
Best advice: Sit in a DH or GT that has Recaros before ordering. My Dark Horse has Recaros, and I LOVE them. Zero complaints from my wife either. We’ve taken a few road trips(no more than 2 hours) with no issue. Getting in and out hasn’t been a problem. I had owned 3 S550 Mustangs all without...
Definitely get it. I love it in my Dark Horse. So years ago I owned a 2018 GT without it, and changed the exhaust multiple times but it was always loud (obviously). Then I got a 2019 GT with active, and had a full Borla setup. The nice thing about active exhaust, is that even going aftermarket...
Exhaust and 6GR wheels at some point. Already did full front Kavaca PPF, Ceramic Pro Ion coating, and Kavaca IR tint. Also swapped the summer only tires to Michelin All-Seasons. Weekend/trip use only. Rain and cold weather won’t bother me. It was 17 outside last Sunday morning and we took it to...
I owned three S550 GT’s with non Recaro’s, and my new DH has Recaros. I’ve found that once you get the seat adjusted perfectly, you just fall right into them. We’ve found them comfortable on a few road trips already as well.
I do miss the heated/cooled functionality though!
Selling my *Almost* brand new set of P Zeros from my Dark Horse. Dealer swapped them for me before I even took delivery so these tires only have 6 miles on them(how many miles my Dark Horse had when picked up). Garaged since the swap as well.

I’ve had Ceramic and PPF professionally applied on multiple vehicles. My new DH goes in for Window tint, Ceramic Pro Ion coating, and full front PPF this month….it’ll be there for 3-4 days at minimum. Like others have said, the ceramic process(done correctly) is intensive, and requires...
I was dead set on a C8. I test drove three of them within a weeks period. Here’s the catch though. It would be a second/weekend/trip car as I have a truck for a daily. My wife took one look at the trunk and frunk and we ruled it out. I LOVE the looks, but there is zero space for any bags larger...
Hey all, I previously owned a 2018 GT and a 2019 PP1 GT and was active on the 6G forums. Sold the 2019 for a 2022 BMW X3 M40i, and then recently had a 2023 BMW X3M. I found a 2024 Dark Horse locally last week for an MSRP deal and jumped on it. Loving it so far. It’s such a different car than my...
