How much power does your radar detector need? I was hoping to use the USB port instead of a mirror tap. I‘ve never tested the available voltage in any of the eight or so cars I’ve used mirror taps on. They always just worked.

That may have been the case on the Bronco back in 2021. It would explain why they didn’t honor it back then. The dealer (Caskinette Ford in Carthage, NY) has always been a pleasure to deal with.
