its pretty easy... Once you have done it once you can just pop off the top flat panel...then pull out the side panel just enough to get a wrench and your hand in it. Loosen, adjust, tighten and snap it all back.

Yes but they have the template. I think they plan to offer it. Reach out to them if you want. They have a great video on how to install it. It took about an hr for me to do.
