Six years is nothing. I would argue that holding up over 5-6 years is bare minimum of quality. My 2007 didn't have to many issues until probably after about 10 years, which is a long time, but for the cost of a new vehicle still unacceptable (to fall apart) in my opinion. To be fair it wasn't...
I don't know, I am not that impressed with the Mustang interiors, especially the newest iteration. My 2007 Mustang 's interior basically disintegrated over 15 years, despite being fairly well maintained, and nothing I have noticed in the newer versions looks like it will hold up any better...
Does your car sound good with the windows rolled down? If so, what does it matter if Ford adjusts the sound you hear inside the vehicle (unless you hate the way it sounds)? These cars sound great, in my opinion, so I don't think it's any type of shame to have noise cancelling or amplification...
Genuine question: Why are people you know thrilled to get rid of the 350? I grant you that my 350 isn't my daily, but I am hoping that it's the one car I will never sell, and can continue to use it well into retirement.
Just to play devil's advocate, while your license plate can certainly be seen in public, posting it online in association with your account could allow online bad actors to identify your possessions with other personal information used in online accounts, and theoretically use that information...
Not sure if it's the same thing the op has experienced, but I test drove several GTs last year. To me, all of them seemed to have a sluggish pedal response. It felt to me that I would apply throttle, and nothing would happen, but then I would push harder, and all of a sudden I would notice that...
I did sit in one and test drive it. I'm not of a phone guy honestly, so I didn't try that out. I'm sure it works fine, but I wish they had integrated the screens into the dash more. Ultimately I went in another direction, but I still love the mustangs!
Beautiful car! I really like the black accents! The exterior of these cars looks really nice, but I just can't get past the interior look, especially the iPad dash.
Looking for recommendations to take my 350 to for service, if anyone has any recommendations. Bonus if they also service European/BMW. Thanks in advance!
I can't speak for him directly, but there are some of us mustang fans who just didn't find the s650 good enough to upgrade to, but are still fans of the car (mustang). It's still fun to check out the cars and discussions, and I would imagine it's the most active mustang forum to look for news...
Somehow, as much as I like Mustangs, paying more than $100k for a car still seems like insanity, even in this era of ridiculous prices.
Then again, I can't believe I paid $85 for a couple of pizzas on a night out with friends last weekend...
I felt some disappointment with the throttle response of the s650 gt when test driving. The car did feel quite heavy from a standstill, and it really felt sluggish off the start with lighter throttle application. Adding significantly more throttle pressure would then boost the car forward, but...
It isn't the technology, it's the design choices that were made. The screens feel very poorly implemented/integrated into the dash, they look like they were just stuck on. They aren't hard to use, I just don't care for how the interior looks and feels as a result. Sitting in the car, I Didn't...
I don't care for it. The screens don't feel well integrated, and the rest of the interior just feels plain/lacks some of the character I felt in previous Mustangs. Honestly, it feels like Ford felt the need to change from s550, but didn't want to spend much time or money to make it nice.
As a longtime Mustang fan, Ford lost me on the current generation. The screen content is okay, I would prefer a bit simpler, although I would still love analog gauges. However, the implementation is terrible. The screens look glued to the dash, with no thought to integrate them. To me, it looks...
