I guess it depends what your definition of "overpriced" is. There is dealer cost, and there is MSRP. These days ford themselves seem to give certain parts a little price boost....probably has more to do with insurance/collision and being the only real source. the reality is these days new OEM...
sounds just like the shelby program of years past. Sign up for the program, pay the fee, you get an allocation......and if the dealer sells alot of mustangs, they may earn extra allocations.
