The car already has gained too much weight and I don't see the trend stopping. FWIW, the ZL1 1LE is not much heavier than even a GT350 and yet it's even more well equipped and carries more fuel. Put a PD blower on a base GT350 and it outweighs a ZL1 1LE.
Ford sells Mustangs by the bunch in...
Lol I'm 30. Yes, millennials are also 18 but I'm on the tail end of the millennial generation. We're not happy about it either, us early 30 year olds.
Apparently it isn't to Toyota and they're a cash cow. I can see Hackett taking the company in that type of direction and accommodating more towards the market needs of most millenials (before we go on a millennial rant, I am one...with a GT350, a tuned Focus ST, and a full bolted 2011 GT...
Personally, I think Hackett is a f**king a**hole and not just because of the Mustang debacle. He's just a douche. Fields was a cool guy even though he was a bit of a nut sometimes.
^^This. One of the reasons why Fields was axed was because he wasn't profitable enough and focused too much on products that weren't making money or that's how Ford's board put it. Hackett is all about the bottom line.
Btw guys, the S650 has been cancelled, not the Mustang. CLEAN-SLATE...
Yeah, unfortunately I know plenty of people who circle jerk it to the Prius and other eDrive trains of such types. In fact, we even have a psycho Prius driver by me. So much that she made the news and I'm not kidding...

The S550 is actually quite a stiff chassis. C6 Vettes flex more than our cars (maybe that isn't saying much...but maybe it is too). I've raised the rear wheels on some parking structure ramps and I didn't even know until my inner tire was slipping. I think what should be focused on next is...
Syntax guys: "V8 power with hybrid technology"
As in achieving V8 power with hybrid assistance. That electric motor won't be paired up with a V8 most likely based on those words.
