Below X-plan
Called to find out if dealer accepted X-Plan and they said yes we do, but our Internet price is lower...and it truly was. There are good prices out there. I drove 200 miles to get great price without X-plan.:cool:
Hang in there Bert...there's a lot of readers here that are pulling for you. The Dealer should have known "the rules" before he offered you your deal. If the salesmen and the dealer's are confused as to how the "X-Plan Game" is played, how should the customer interpret the miscommunication...

Have them bring the car back and look for a more ethical dealer. In my purchase of a 2015 Mustang vert, I asked a dealer if they would "accept" X-Plan pricing and their Internet salesman said, " I can accept X-Plan, but our price is below that". What??? Below X-Plan, really?! And yes it was. So...
