My car finally made it to the final rail destination (Dixiana SC) last night. Status is "placed at industry" per CSX phone trace, which I assume means the rail car is parked but no cars unloaded from it yet. Hopefully it will not sit there too long.
Called CSX with my rail car number this morning. It gave the last known location (Louisville KY) and the schedule time of arrival at the final rail destination (Dixiana Railyard in SC) of 9-23.
Mine left New Boston early Saturday morning and VIN view at my dealer showed it hanging out in Toledo OH today. Final rail destination is Dixiana railyard in Columbia SC. VIN view showed ETA 9-17 9-23. Tracker shows ETA 9-14 9-27.
Change the torque converter, and it will knocking on high 10s! Good work!
Would be interesting to know how the factory calibration reacts to the long tube headers? The transport delay times for the O2 sensors are gonna be a little off for proper reactions on the fuel trims.
Found out my car was loaded onto a railcar at New Boston early this morning. No indication when the train is going to leave with it though. At least it made a move!
I think what happened is Ford built a lot of Mustangs before the OKTB was reached. In doing so, Ford stacked early cars like mine at the railyards before the OKTB. Well New Boston handles many cars and I am sure they had to shove cars that could not be shipped out well out of the way. So once...

Indeed. I am sure railyard workers want to open up the slots closet to the front than vs the rear. The problem is, if all they want to do is take the stack down from the top, they will never get to the bottom with more added to top as soon as opening is made.
