  1. GT lowered on aftermarket suspension: RTR coilovers, Steeda sway bars, spacers + more mods

if I’m being honest, I wouldn’t go with them again. There’s some big clunking and issues and I can’t figure them out. Rough roads or bumps cause massive thunks. Car drives stable and is stiff, it performs great. But the thunking is a concern.
  2. S650 Black decklid

it’s Satin Black vs Gloss Black. I linked Satin Black which is more expensive. Yours and the Ford link are gloss black.
  3. GT lowered on aftermarket suspension: RTR coilovers, Steeda sway bars, spacers + more mods

Was looking to buy a house next month. That plan has been pushed back.. But when I did the math, between the payment on my mountain and the BMW. My DTI was just a smidge too high to get any good loans. So, the BMW had to go. I put 44K miles on it in 2 years, So I knew I needed a new car and...
  4. S650 Black decklid

Steeda has one for sale right now. But it's not a replacement as much as it is a cover? I'd imagine you could also use vinyl wrap to make it black. airdesign-vpr3z99425a34a-mustang-trunk-applique
  5. GT lowered on aftermarket suspension: RTR coilovers, Steeda sway bars, spacers + more mods

Three points of contact will always be "better". Because it limits flex on more than one axis. For me, I went with the two point simply because I'm not going to be doing Auto-X or tracking this thing. So it was "good enough" - Which I think will be true for most folks. This will be my daily...
  6. GT lowered on aftermarket suspension: RTR coilovers, Steeda sway bars, spacers + more mods

@Interstellar - Yep, I went with the old gen RTR Coilovers. I don't have Magnaride, so they worked fine. rtr-tactical-performance-coilovers-15-24-mustang For the spacers, I went with the Steeda spacers. So they bolt to the hub, then the wheel bolts to them. No need for longer studs or anything...
  7. GT w/PP…Spacers?

Right now the front drivers side wheel rubs because the camber is setup improperly. The wheel sticks out too much, it needs to be tucked into the fender a little more. Other than that, not yet. It's a bit rougher of a ride, but that's to be expected when lowered and stiffened. The reason the G82...
  8. GT lowered on aftermarket suspension: RTR coilovers, Steeda sway bars, spacers + more mods

Hahaha, Yeah the shop set it. It's a bit low. I had to pull it from the shop to make the window tint appointment, I'll be dropping it back off to fix the alignment and probably raise it a little bit. I asked them to set it to half of stock height, and they went a bit overboard.
  9. GT w/PP…Spacers?

I made a post in photos just for this. I put 1" spacers on the Bronze wheels. https://www.mustang7g.com/forums/threads/couldnt-stand-the-suspension.158361/
  10. GT lowered on aftermarket suspension: RTR coilovers, Steeda sway bars, spacers + more mods

Coming from a G82 M4, I couldn't stand the stock suspension on the GT. It felt like I was rowing a damn boat, I actually backed out of two GT purchases because of the feel. I bought this one because I'm saving a bunch per month. My insurance also dropped 300$/Month (Clean record). So, I took it...
