Thanks for the feedback. The diff,axle hub/wheels bearings and fluids were all checked. The service managers drove the car and acknowledged the sound. They couldn't replicate the sound on the lift, so they gave up and told me it's normal.

The ford service manager drove the car and heard it. They kept my car for 2 days, checked the hub /wheel bearings, axle seal ,differential fluid but couldn't replicate the sound on the lift. So they told me "it's probably normal" and come get my car lol.

I have that knob on my Dark Horse. It's freezing cold inthe winter and can get very hot in the summer. All winter i drove with gloves on. This afternoon, after the car sat in the sun ,the knob became too hot to touch.Though I have to admit, it does look pretty cool.
