Running standard cast aluminum wheels vs CF and Pirelli tires, likely due to the sponsor. If anyone was there and knows, I'd be curious as to why they were running the 950A wheels on the special edition track pack car.
You're being serious?
So because a Mustang, the animal, is a horse, every name in succession should have a connection to a horse?
You realize Dark Horse is a synonym for an underdog, sleeper or long shot, and has nothing to do with an actual horse right? Ford literally chose to name a model...
The only point in your original argument that I'll take issue with is this.
Say what you want about Shelby .. don't care. How many other nameplates has Ford ever put on a car coming off their assembly line? Roush? Holman-Moody? Multimatic? Cosworth? Zakspeed? Riley? Saleen? You know the...

I should have clarified that Cobra meant Cobra Mustang, not 2 seat "Shelby Cobra".
If we're being honest, Corvette has never been a marketing target for the Mustang, so whatever Ford does, I'd be surprised if that changes.
I expect them to do as they have in the past. Create 1 or 2 unique...
Like I said on 6g, a prominent youTuber, who will go unmentioned, hinted at Ford possibly announcing 2 new models. A Boss with a 7.3L platform and an AWD Hybrid Cobra as the step just below the GTD. 8 days to Press day
I'm not dismissing shipping companies in general. Sometimes they live up to their rep, but not all the time.
If you make the trip to LMR, ask them if its okay for you to check the new wheels before loading them up and heading home. I doubt they'll object.
Safe travels
I'm hesitant to even get involved in this thread, but here goes; unless the packaging (corrugated box) shows severe damage when you open the boxes, the damages you are seeing came from the manufacturer in China, IMO.
Those wheels are manufactured in China, packaged and shipped in containers to...
Looks like a modern interpretation of the Shelby Cobra. I just don't see much in the way of cooling with that grill for a modern power plant, transmission, A/C etc. My guess is it was put there to divert attention. I feel its something we've seen in the past, but can't find a picture online...
Seems to be a waste of tax dollars to me. Can't make an arrest with no where to put a detainee and they aren't likely to be a great winter weather patrol vehicle.
Yeah I get the retro fox body "styling", but is this really where Ford is at, chasing buyers that always wanted a 93 Cobra some 32 years later? The wheels alone scream Mach E Rally ... yuk.
Speaking of Middleton ... they were supposed to go to RA for a track day in early October, but I was told in the comment section in one of their videos; "Had issues with engine. Stay tuned".
Has anyone heard?
The render looks considerably better than what Ford created, even so they offer slightly different angles.
Having said that, this is a render and you can tell by the rear quarter body lines that it does not follow the stock Mustang lines. Notice how the rear quarter line drops, particularly...
Nice restomod engine for those who don't want to move to an LS. It will take some time for the aftermarket to come up to speed with the LS and unless Ford Performance creates an aluminum block version of this, I don't see this being a smart Mustang engine for HPDE.
Being from Europe, you do understand how HP numbers are determined by manufacturers in the United States right? Here's some reading for you if you are confused, since it appears you may be;
