The noise is most likely from rocks, gravel, road debris getting into the rocker panel . Theres a small opening in the front wheel well.

Started install of jacking rails when front bolt finally came loose it now just spins in place.

Thats fried, i know. Started installing jacking rails and the bolt on mine finally broke free but now just spins in place. Sprayed penetrating oil on others, waiting for some feed back before trying to remove.

I had a problem with the front bolts under the insulation. When the first finally broke free it just spins in place. I sprayed with penetrating oil but have not tried to break the others yet.
