Totally. My local dealer stopped trying and the next closest is over an hour away, I took it there once where it spent 3 weeks just to srill have most of the issues remaining.
I have my first child due in 5 weeks, so I'm gonna focus on that for a few years and then I'm looking to get into a C7...
I sold my Mustang a month ago because of 9 dealership visits and extreme rattles and buzzes. $60k for a car that has more interior noises and "defects" than the $30k honda civics i make is nuts. One day I'll get back into a toy but for now I'll wait for the right thing.
My 01 F150 and my wife has a 18 Rav 4. Buying a 2021 Tundra come spring. I have my first child due in 5 weeks and a truck will be a lot more convenient for her. Fortunately money isn't an issue, the quality issues on the stang were, so in time I'll get another toy. Looking at a Mach 1, C7 Z06 or...
I never did figure out the cause, i did add coolant 1 time to get it back to the proper level and it never dropped again. So I'm not really sure what caused the issue. My oil analysis showed no coolant in the oil so who knows where it went. Sorry I couldn't help more.
I paid $58k in August of 2023 for my ordered stang. I sold it to my local ford dealer at $40,000. I had done close to 4k in mods so I ate my $20k down payment which hurt really bad. I also thought it'd be my forever car but I could stand it anymore.
A dude in my town bought it 2 weeks after I...
No, they "fixed" the rattles after 3 times of being there and then 3 months later they were all back.
I have actually sold the mustang due to it being in the shop 9 times for rattles and infotainment issues. The nail that sealed the coffin was it freaking out and going into limp mode on the...
I find this interesting because here at the Honda Assembly plant i work at (make CRV and Civic Hatch), we run production in "lots" of 30. So what that means is that every color run we do regardless of model, is 30 units. Going down the line here you will almost never see a different color car...
i feel like it has to do with the two intakes evening out or possibly the humidity in the air. I find it happens more often when its hot and humid. These are shots in the dark obviously, just glad it hasnt caused any real issues.
is there anyone that makes a whole overhaul set for the entire sound system? i have a 301A with the B&O and im not super impressed with them. I am not tech savy in the audio world so im hoping there is an upgrade kit thats more plug and play.
My wife recently bought this setup with these cleaners for spot cleaning stains and such around the house, I am wondering if I could use this on the seats in the mustang? I have the Grey cloth seats, I've sweat a lot in the driver's seat as well as there is a slight water spot type stain in the...
i have the means to spend well over 200 usd if needed, was just trying to see what was available in that range and if it was realistic to get a decent setup within 200. But, depending on how the suggestions come in on this thread, i will open the budget as needed. I will give that cannon a look...
I am looking to get a pressure washer and a foam cannon set up for washing my cars, but the internet seems to give me a lot of conflicting results on what is best as far as GPM and PSI. So, no better place to come ask than the M7G fam, i would like to stay under $200 usd for a good pressure...
Still testing, but.... I think I found the new noise. When I picked it up a little over a week ago, they mentioned rocks and shit in the wheel well holes, they cleaned them all out for me as well. So I bought some T-Rex tape to tape the holes while I wait on the DIYVan kit to arrive. Fast...
Been just over a week since I picked the car up and about 300 miles driven. I have unfortunately developed a new metallic rattle that is pretty well consistent no matter what surface I'm on or speed. This time on the driver's side dash near the A pillar. Should I take it back in or just deal...
