The pics are my actual Mustang....I located the part number. Stripes were ordered frim Ford and installed locally in NJ by Acerbos.

Can anyone help. Wanted to order Opacity Fade stripe for my 2024 Ecoboost Premium. At the dealership they can not locate the part number without the VIN of a car that was built with that stripe choice. Can anyone share a VIN with that option ? Thank you

No I do not believe them :-) This is only my second new vehicle purchase. ever. .The last one was my 2005 GT.The local dealer did not have the color /package/ interior options wanted.

The service guy said that freon must have leaked out during transport...or something else. As they would not have cleared it for pickup....we called to say they sold a car with AC not working and they said it's not possible. They know we are 5 hours away and have no recourse.

We have an appointment on August 19th. Dealership service says that it must have been working when it left or it would not have gone out, and perhaps freon leaked during transport. Not sure if I believe that they really checked. I know warranty will cover. I can not go back to dealership it...

Hello I joined this forum because of this specific thread. I searched new Mustang AC issues and it led me here. I purchased a 2024 Mustang Ecoboost. I also own a 1965 and an 05 GT. I took delivery of my new Mustang late last night. Drove it this morning ...brand new vehicle. 65 miles on it...
