Thank you for all the information you've provided. I couldn't imagine that the system would not pass fluid using the Motive without putting into brake service mode but didn't want to try until someone confirmed it.
On a dark color car PPF may save the paint but it still looks like a chip so you either live with it looking like that or you put some paint in it like you would if the PPF wasn't there or you pay to have the PPF replaced or patched.
I'm assuming those who track their cars probably flush the fluid more often than suggested in the service manual do to use and pad changes. On my other cars I use a Motive pressure bleeder to flush fluid through the calipers not concerned about the ABS module. With my other cars with ABS...

My Bronco Sport does the same thing sometimes. I thought about turning off the hill assist to see if it is related to that but haven't tried it yet. It doesn't seen to matter if the e-brake was used or not.
It is a liquid so you can expect a change in the level due to the lower outside temps.
If you suspect a leak have the system pressure checked when engine and coolant is stone cold.
I was told by dealer that the only part of the seats that are actually leather are the perforated center sections front seats only. The scuffing then is on the vinyl so treat accordingly. If the color is worn through or permanently damaged it will need to be colored again.
If I were you I would push it on the stud now. Just check to see that the line hasn't made contact with the exhaust manifold which would require replacement of the line.
