  1. Decisions, decisions…. Pondering ordering a GT Premium PP

sure. But you're welcome, nonetheless. :) Maybe it'll save someone else from making the same choice.
  2. I haven't sold a car before, I'm about to sell my 2018, looking for advice.

Back in 2020 when I was letting my NF4 Ecoboost go (Stupid, stupid!!!) I haggled them up 1500 from their initial offer. It's worth a try.
  3. Decisions, decisions…. Pondering ordering a GT Premium PP

first mistake was the Nite Pony. If you watch the "build and constraints post" you'd know Ford has very low thru-put on that package. You can do FAR better buying aftermarket rims in a proper size and having a shop put some vinyl on the roof. Wala, instant Pony package with vastly better equipment.
  4. Decisions, decisions…. Pondering ordering a GT Premium PP

then X-plan saves you less than 800. Ie. it'll cap the doc fee at 199. You'd do better to negotiate harder, or do business with someone serious.
  5. Decisions, decisions…. Pondering ordering a GT Premium PP

they both are/were huge time sucks. So, no real difference. :)
  6. Decisions, decisions…. Pondering ordering a GT Premium PP

it's a tad over invoice or 4.5% below MSRP. If there are no good deals around and you have scuzball dealers who layer on 'doc fees' the X-plan helps to cut thru that crap. But GT are 12.5% below MSRP at Ourisman so unless you're allergic to travel or shipping, X-plan is nothing to brag about.
  7. Decisions, decisions…. Pondering ordering a GT Premium PP

The S550/560 generation is a vastly superior car than all that came before which were cheap junk. Possible exception th 2012-14 models. Go test drive them. It's not hard. And remember, new cars, even ordered cars should be no less than 10% off MSRP. Otherwise you're getting robbed.
  8. Current Interest Ford Interest Rates?

don't feel bad. I know someone who was paying 23% on a high mile '16 GT.
  9. Car value shock!!

Lindsay Manassas Dodge, all new scats 12.5% off MSRP
  10. I haven't sold a car before, I'm about to sell my 2018, looking for advice.

I can't find it ATM but over on m6g there is a website link that does the same thing. It's time-delayed so might be a few days old but not enough to move the needle.
  11. Current Interest Ford Interest Rates?

new interest rates are the same as the just-completed interest rates.
  12. Current Interest Ford Interest Rates?

no chance in hell. They are already taking losses charging far below market rates. Sales are going reasonably well for now. If the sales falls off a cliff even with low, low rates then MAYBE they'll do bonus cash. Dodge can't move their obsolete and VASTLY overpriced stock so is resorting to...
  13. Shipping the car

take the BlueRidge and similar all the way back. And take breaks and not try to do it all at once. I did DC to Biloxy in one stint, no stops, and that was dumb. There was lots of stuff I missed because I didn't pull over and smell the roses. Its the journey that matters.
  14. I haven't sold a car before, I'm about to sell my 2018, looking for advice.

you're trying too hard. You won't get top dollar. Mustang used market is dead when new ones are 12% off MSRP and have HIGHLY favorable financing. You should have jettisoned the car when you got the 2024. Just take it to Carmax and take your lumps, or try autolendersgo.com. Stupid name but they...
  15. Current Interest Ford Interest Rates?

    10am 3rd April (tomorrow)
  16. Current Interest Ford Interest Rates?

  17. Current Interest Ford Interest Rates?

3.9@60 and 2.9@48 resumes tomorrow 4/2. currently new stuff starts 4/3. Don't have that info yet, sorry I jumped the gun.
  18. 60th Anniversary Mustang - Coming April 17th

nah, it's influence peddling. Some 'influencer' pitches something and the giggly masses glom onto it like it's special. All about the clicks, the re-shares, the followers. I'd say rad(ical) but that word died with the 80's and is no longer cool. I had a Brittany colored Mustang thank you very...
  19. Car value shock!!

in the interests of the discussion and a certain somebody's bald assertions. Would you characterize your buyout price being about 15-18% below MSRP?
