100%. Ever notice how the S650 basically recycled the Mach 1 lower valance? Because it looks damn good.
I was one of the first people to notice this when the car was revealed for the first time. The front end of the GT gave me a very strong M1/GT350 vibe.

All three are great cars. You can't go wrong with any of them.

I still miss my GT350. I had it over 3 years and put over 30,000 miles on it. I sold it due to the cost of consumables (I'm including the engine here, because with sufficient track and daily use engines will wear out). It would have over 100K on it now if I kept driving it the same amount.

To me the GT350 was the perfect daily. The best part was the engine. MSRP was just under $60k. I think I got spoiled. Prices suddenly jumped too much and there were no new Mustangs with exciting engines that I really felt compelled to buy.

I think I would have to see a significant displacement increase or a transaxle on the Mustang to get me to buy new. The incremental improvements just don't justify the price for me. It would be different if I didn't already own one, but I might go for another older car if I had to buy. I don't drive the 2017 as much as I did the GT350, so it will be a long time before it's worn out.
