Well it's warm enough for sure and had the top down all weekend at a car show and off to a cat show. But, this week it's not the cold that keeps the top up, it's the wind and blowing sand/dust. She stays in the garage unless I absolutely need a beer run.
My Vert had a shutter in the windshield when brand new with the top down only and when I got to about 80mph.
I took the car to my mechanic for a 1st oil change at 1000 miles and had him check the alignment. It was off by more than a bit. But, that didn't fix the shutter.
It wasn't until I had...
On the GT, the install video shows them taking the whole from bumper cover off.
Curious, did you do the install or pay someone and if you had someone do it, do you have any idea how much they charged for just the fog light kit? I am looking into them but don't have a lift, so I will pay...
This is my 4th convertible Mustang. 2000, 2012, 2015 and 2024. This one is by far the best. Much more refined, quiet and smooth.
That said, I did have a shutter in the windshield frame at 80+ when the top was down. I reduced the tire pressure (it was high from the dealer) and shutter went away...
It's never really too cold here in the desert for topless, but it does get too hot.
I will put the top down anytime I am going to drive more than just the mile to the store unless it's above 100 and will run the A/C with the top down nearly always. The sun is brutal here and you don't want it...
I agree! I love the look, reminds me of my 2015, but not the extension.
I pulled into a parking lot at the store with my S550, got a little to close to the raised planter in front of my spot, pushed in the pass side corner of that splitter and snapped the tabs off the bumper at the fender...
Mine has S/S but it has never worked. I think I read that one of the current recalls is for a flash of a module that re-enables the system. The conditions under which it activates are limited and I am rarely under those conditions. When I am stopped, it's usually with the clutch pushed in...
This is my 5th Mustang and the stock B&O system is the best from the factory yet. Is is perfect, of course not. The highs are a bit muddled for my ear and the bass is/was weak.
I swapped the sub for a Rock/Fos P3. It took a bit of work to seal it up properly, but my audio guy knows what he's...
I'm on my 5th Mustang and 4 of them are modern cars starting in 2000.
I always take my new cars to my mechanic and have him check the alignment within the first couple hundred miles. My 24 was actually out of alignment from the factory and the steering wheel was off by bit, enough to drive me...
