as for the dealer or order number ask for it on your first check in and keep at them until you get them so you can use cotus. It isnt allways super accurate but you will eventually get a blend date and VIN#
Jim that is semi normal, I also wouldn't neccesarrily read anything into it. Some dealers' orders are processed quicker than others. What I would do is call weekly, I chose Wednesday for my own order, ask for updates from the salesman or sales manager. A little pressure and or concern shows them...
Diego you have a couple options, you can use fotd.cotus.com. or private message Deysha with the order number vin and dealer number. It depends on if it was an xplan order, dealer stock or retail order. Deysha can track them all but cotus only seems to work for x plan orders.
