June in Georgia did not have this result for me. All day long, five sessions, Road Atlanta, nothing overheated. I did not, however, actually look at my transmission temperature, so that is all I can say about it.

Because manual mode keeps the trans cooler or some other reason?

What does it mean that "at the track the valve closes off the oil cooler flow @ 204°F?" How did you confirm this?

It is actually 4 modes.

I'll have to pay attention next time I am on track but my transmission never hits 200 on the streets/highways. I would probably have to "push it" on track just to get it up to and over 200. I am pretty sure your transmission has the same cooler mine does.

That Cadillac is a very beautiful car.

Track Mode is way too obnoxiously loud as it is. I have to wonder if folks who want it louder are legally deaf.

I like it, even though I use normal mode most of the time.
