Another important factor between an SC vs an SC added car - Factory built, Factory warranty (yes I understand the added units have warranties) but those are not factory warranties and they aren't transferable to a new owner. Built by Ford car will hold it's value and be more attractive to buyers...

Part of the bigger issue is - interest rates, gas prices, insurance cost, and the overall cost of living. People (other than very well off) do not have the luxury anymore of buying a garage queen or a one purpose vehicle and tying up over $100K when they go to the grocery store and drop $450...
